Whale Dreaming

An oceanic sound journey and kava ceremony, guided by the whales.
Intended to support your heart in listening and dream weaving.

Join us for our second round of Whale Dreaming ~ a sacred space and sound medicine journey to commune in the oceanic realms of whale dreamtime.
This time, we will be communing with the medicine of Kava to support us to receive messages from our deep waters. Kava is a root drink from the pacific islands that supports relaxation and settling with gentle heart expansion.

We'll open the circle with prayer, blessings, and sharing of gratitude while we drink and receive the medicine of ceremonial kava. Then you are invited to get comfortable and receive the wisdom of the whales as we guide you on a sound medicine journey which includes the vocal and instrumental accompaniment of Abigail and Kenneth.

~ Here are a few logistical items for your consideration ~

~ We will be sitting on the wooden floor through the ceremony and for those who want or need, there are chairs. Heartsong center does have some yoga mats, blocks and blankets, though you're welcome to bring anything that would make you more comfortable in the space.

~ Please come on an empty(er) stomach and if possible, we suggest no solid food after 2:30PM or so, so you can feel the subtle effects of the kava.

~ If you have a special mug you'd like to use for the kava, feel free to bring that, though we'll have plenty of mugs!

~ Carpooling is encouraged. You can park in the small lot at the Heartsong Center and across the street on the side of the road.
