Contact Improvisation Dance Jam

Everyone is welcome, no matter your skill or comfort level, for this open contact improv dance jam. You will be greeted by an experienced contact dance facilitator that will hold a safe and curious space. They will offer contact "scores" or games for exploration at the beginning to warm up and open the space to move together, develop personal practices and support delightful and surprising improvisation.

We are looking forward learning AND dancing with you.

Masks are respected but optional.
