My name is Siena. I am a spiritual mindfulness coach.
I have been in practice for 7 years now. It lights me up to serve others in their spiritual journey. This specific class has been wanting to be birthed for a while. I'm so grateful to be able to share it first at Heartsong Transformative Arts Center.
