The Journey from Light to Dark - A Fall Equinox Retreat

The summer light is leaving us sun-kissed and nourished with it’s abundance of activities and connection. We hope you’re soaking up the long days, splashing in the water, spending hours in a garden, going on walks with friends, and catching a few of the magnificent sunsets.

Come September, we begin to turn towards the new season with gratitude and looking forward to the peaceful quiet of longer nights. Let’s welcome this transition by coming together in community.

During our time together we will:

• Reflect and look ahead - solo and in group discussion and sharing
• Find beauty and fun playing with natural dyes - you’ll take home what you make!
• Participate in a labyrinth experience, including creating land art and a walking meditation
• Share a nourishing meal to warm the belly and soul

Provided: dyeing & land art materials, a shared meal, tea and more tea,

You bring: a journal, water bottle, layers (this is an indoor/outdoor experience)

 Meet Your Facilitators: Gina & Kristen 

Gina Ebbeling is a life coach, gatherer and community builder. Through Raw Womanhood, she coaches women with the intention of helping to guide them back to their authentic self.

Kristen Winn is an artist, labyrinth creator and healing stone maker. She designs and builds temporary and permanent labyrinths for retreats, public spaces and private homes. She also offers labyrinth-based wellness experiences for individuals or groups.

Heartsong Transformative Art Center welcomes you with epic views of Mt Kulshan from the studio yoga hall. The light-filled kitchen and grounds offer space to play, create, and reflect. Located off Mt Baker Highway minutes from Bellingham.
